Mouse clicks is not working on published application on Citrix

When a user logs in to Citrix and run any of the published apps, sometimes the mouse clicks is not working.

It is because there is a zoom on the screen. Scale is not 100% on the screen.

Steps:

  • Open display properties in win 10
  • Make sure that Scale is set to 100% on all screens if there is more than one.
